Terms of use

gussy helps you build a closet from your own photos, get outfit ideas, plan what to wear, see outfits on a photo of you and find the colors that suit you. Some features need Pro or credits.

• You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account safe; what happens in your gussy account is your responsibility.
• You must be 16 or older to use gussy.
• One account per person. You can delete it at any time in the app under Profile > Settings > Security > Delete my account.

Your photos, pieces and looks stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run gussy for you, for example to show your closet on your devices or to make a try-on you asked for.

• Only use photos you have the right to use.
• Do not add photos of other people as model photos without their permission.
• Nothing illegal, sexual, violent or hateful, and nothing that shows a child in a way that could harm them.

Try-on images are made by AI from the photo and pieces you choose. They show how an outfit might look and can differ from the real clothes in fit, color or detail. They are for your personal use. Do not use them to deceive anyone or to make images of a person without their consent.

• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple. Payment is taken from your Apple account, and the subscription renews unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
• Prices are shown in the App Store, in your currency, before you buy.
• Some features use credits, which have no cash value. The app shows how many a feature uses before you start, how you get credits and how long they last; those rules are part of these terms.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, what it brought is taken back.
• When Pro ends, your account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted; whatever is over the Free limits waits until you are Pro again.

Do not misuse gussy: no attempts to break, overload or copy the service, no automated access, no reselling, and no creating extra accounts to claim one-time offers again.

The app, its design and stickers, and the gussy name and logo belong to us. Please do not copy them.

gussy keeps changing, so features may be added, changed or removed. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

gussy is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on outfit ideas or try-on images. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

You can stop using gussy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you live in the European Union or another country with mandatory consumer rules, those rules still protect you, and you can bring a claim where you live.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. We tell you in the app about changes that matter before they take effect.
